runtime creation

Discussions of the 64-bit version of APLX

runtime creation

Postby jvleusden » Thu Apr 05, 2012 4:56 pm

Building a 32 bits executable version is simple,
but is it also possible to build a 64 bits exe?
What is the procedure?
I haven't acquired the 64 bits version yet, and I have studied the documentation, but it's not clear to me.
Do my clients have to buy a server or runtime software?

The 64-bit version does not currently provide the facility to create 64-bit runtime executables. However, you can run a 64-bit server version of APLX and deploy free runtime client programs so that your users can transparently run 64-bit workspaces on the server.

Probably the best thing is to contact us by e-mail and explain what you want to do, and we can suggest how best to proceed.
